THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Operations Manager is an integral member of the revenue organization helping scale the CRO and sellers. The Sales Operations Manager will also work closely with the Director of Special Projects and founders on strategic projects for Betterview. The expectation is that the Sales Operations Manager will implement processes and technologies that help Betterview win deals, faster. This includes expansion opportunities i.e. upselling and cross-selling. We are looking for a person that is interested in evaluating data and willing to make suggestions to improve the sales function.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Managing salesforce.com for the company including the following:
    • Supporting forecast reviews
    • Supporting pipeline reviews
    • Reporting for the sellers, executive management, and the board of directors
    • Ensuring adherence to our sales process and checklists
  • Managing the implementation of Gong including the promotion of best practices across the sellers and customer success managers.
  • Maintaining the win loss library, preferably in Gong.
  • Supporting sales enablement activities including new seller and customer success manager onboarding.
  • Supporting the sellers with the contract review process.
  • Training staff on new technology and software and ensure adoption across the teams.
  • Implementing new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.
  • Actively understand the customer base and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Following ethical practices with consumer and customer data.
  • At times, assisting the marketing and customers teams in determining customer outreach methods.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR COMPANY

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar sales operations role.
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software.
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com and Gong.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel.
