Betterview is looking for a Product Manager to provide organization and insight and research into its product offering, how customers and the industry interprets and uses it, and where it should go in the future.


  • Maintain an overall product roadmap in conjunction with design, engineering, site reliability, data science, and machine learning teams.
  • Understand how Betterview serves the insurance market and its segments. (commercial/residential P&C) and workflows/personas (quoting, claims, renewals).
  • Work with design org to plan out features using front end component patterns and organize requirements for new views and components.
  • Track use of new and existing features using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Own content generation on notifications to customers for upcoming releases and work with Customer Success to deliver those notifications.
  • Be a hub for demand management from internal teams and externally facing teams and a gateway to determine if ideas/requests should be built, based on product focus and/or use metrics.
  • Identify and be the first point of contact with vendors that might improve the Betterview platform.
  • Research market placement and understand how competitors’ products differ to identify where Betterview’s competitive advantage or deficit is.
  • Take on requests from exec leadership and conduct research to answer these requests.


  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and technical ramifications of feature requests -- must be able to competently communicate with an engineering team.
  • Superior project management with experience on a number of different platforms (Jira, Monday), etc..

  • Empathy for customer requests with a keen eye to validate the value in those requests before implementing.
