Betterview is in search of a Recruitment Sourcer/Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company. In this exciting role, you will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and have the unique opportunity to assist in our full cycle recruitment process and establish a passive candidate pipeline. This key role is integral to the recruitment process, and will often be a candidate’s first introduction to Betterview. You will help execute on the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist’s strategy for managing the pipeline, facilitating communication with hiring managers, and managing onboarding of new hires. The primary focus of this position is to build a diverse candidate pipeline while providing a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience to identify an ideal match for both the candidate and Betterview.


  • Source passive candidates through various channels (e.g. professional networks, social media, associations, or industry related events and websites).
  • Manage the candidate experience, those selected and not selected, and Maintain relationships with strong candidates not selected for future consideration.
  • Develop efficiencies in candidate communication and scheduling, allowing the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spend more time on core recruiting activities.
  • Assist in developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Create and place job postings and necessary advertisements, per the direction of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed hiring criteria; manage the talent acquisition pipeline.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates for phone screenings and interviews.
  • Schedule, document, and coordinate phone screenings and interviews between candidates and relevant Betterview staff.
  • Assist in navigation and management of recruitment pipeline using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Learn and understand the needs of Betterview; understand various roles within the organization and the customers we serve.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks as needed.
  • Effectively represent the brand and image of Betterview, both internally and externally.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a recruiter, recruitment sourcer or recruitment coordinator required.
  • Experience creating and implementing sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, strategies and best practices for finding passive candidates.
  • Experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process preferred.

  • Can work independently and effectively, demonstrating project management skills while holding others accountable, as needed.
  • Successfully uses time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Is self-motivated to learn about Betterview and understand its product and customers.
  • Has familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Is proficient with or is able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other similar products.
